Health Saver Plus II (HSPII) is no longer available for sale in the following States:  AL, AR, AZ, IA, IL, GA, LA, MI, MO, NC, NE, MS, OK, PA, SC, TX, UT and WI.  The HSPII E-App has been disabled for these states. HSPII will be available for sale in OH, and TN until further notice.  

You must download the new E-App software for the HSPIII for AL, AR, AZ, IA, IL, GA, LA, MI, MO, NC, NE, MS, OK, PA, SC, TX, UT and WI.  Once you download the new E-App software for the HSPIII a second icon will appear on your desktop for use in those states.

• PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE IN COMPANY POLICY - All policies with an issue date on or after a rate increase effective date will reflect the new higher rate.  The new higher rate will be applied regardless of whether the application was received in the Home Office prior to the rate increase effective date. Please use the rate for the applicant's age as of the effective date.
• To expedite the processing of applications, information needs to to be complete when specifying the client's occupation.  The job duties need to be clearly stated.  If the client is self employed please give details as to the specific duties the person is engaged in. 
• Agents must be appointed with Philadelphia American, and have a 9 digit writing agent number beginning with 6 to write Health Saver Plus II.
